Area sales manager Italy


Currently, at Littelfuse, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager in Italy, who will be driving broad-line channel partners in the region and managing selected key account sales in Italy/ Malta by growing broadline sales for Core, Power semi & Industrial Business units technologies setting achievable goals and assisting partners in reaching those goals.
This position offers the ability to work fully remotely.

About the job:
Develop and maintain positive and long-term business relationships with key accounts in the area

Drive channel growth through close management of key objectives and NBO/ KPI’s

Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area

Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize key accounts' satisfaction level

Expand Littelfuse portfolio at key accounts and increase Littelfuse share across all technologies

Drive power semi and core growth at key accounts

About you:
At least 5 years of experience in Sales in the semiconductor and electronics industries

Experience of working with multinational companies

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills

Effective communication skills in Italian and English languages (both verbal and written)

Customer focus communication and customer interaction skills

Preferable track record of driving distribution

Technical background would be a plus
